在包钢高炉炉缸测温试验的基础上,又在唐钢100m~3高炉上,用双石墨线电偶直接连续测定了高炉炉缸温度变化过程,取得了初步效果。试验期间分别在1号、2号风口之间的下方(炉缸活跃区)和备用高渣口下方(炉缸死区)安装了两支双石墨线电偶(见图1)。电偶中心线比铁口中心线高138mm。电偶安装在特制的带槽高铝砖内(其构造及安装注意事项等请参考文献[1])。
On the basis of the temperature test of the hearth of Baotou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., the temperature change process of the hearth of the blast furnace was measured continuously with the double graphite wire galvanometer on the 100m ~ 3 blast furnace of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and achieved preliminary results. During the test, two double graphite line couplers (see Fig. 1) were installed below the tuyeres No. 1 and No. 2 (active area of the hearth) and under the backup slag mouth (dead zone of the hearth) respectively. The galvanic center line is 138mm higher than the center line of the iron mouth. The galvanic couple is installed in a specially made grooved high alumina brick (please refer to [1] for the construction and installation precautions).
