目的通过对医院食堂环境卫生连续三年的监测,对存在的问题进行分析,提出有针对性的改建措施,提高质量。方法用微生物检测的方法抽查医院食堂物表及工作人员的手。结果 2009年采样78份,合格35份,合格率为44.87%;2010年采样180份,合格154份,合格率为85.55%;2011年采样117份,合格109份,合格率为93.16%,平均合格率连续三年逐年上升。结论感染控制科参予医院食堂环境卫生管理工作,能有效改善食堂环境卫生状况,保障医院各类人员就餐安全。
Objective To analyze the existing problems through the monitoring of the hospital canteen environmental health for three consecutive years, and put forward the targeted rebuilding measures to improve the quality. Methods Using the method of microbiological examination to check the hospital canteen table and the staff’s hand. Results A total of 78 samples were obtained in 2009, of which 35 were qualified, with a pass rate of 44.87%. In 2010, 180 samples were obtained, of which 154 were qualified, with a pass rate of 85.55%. In 2011, 117 were sampled and 109 were qualified with a pass rate of 93.16% Pass rate increased year by year for three consecutive years. Conclusion The infection control department is involved in the management of hospital canteen sanitation, which can effectively improve the sanitation of the canteen and ensure the safety of all kinds of staff in the hospital.
