本文说明了容错技术及其在数字计算机内存贮器中应用的必要性,论述了内存容错技术的基本原理以及它是如何在TQ—16机上实现的。TQ—16机内存容错系统的特点是采用了软硬件相结合的设计方案,因此,不但减少了对硬件的改动,而且能自动纠正内存偶然性的错误和显示出错的信息,使机器能连续运转。该系统比较成功地解决了目前国产计算机普遍存在的内存出现偶然性错误的问题,进一步提高了计算机的使用效率。它的设计思想不但适用于TQ—16机,而且基本上适用于其它类型的计算机。
This paper describes the fault-tolerant technology and its application in the memory of digital computers. It discusses the basic principle of memory fault-tolerant technology and how it is implemented on the TQ-16. TQ-16 machine memory fault-tolerant system is characterized by a combination of hardware and software design, therefore, not only reduces the hardware changes, and can automatically correct the memory of the accidental errors and error messages, so that the machine can continue to run. The system has successfully solved the problem of accidental errors in the memory of ubiquitous computers in China and further improved the computer use efficiency. Its design philosophy applies not only to the TQ-16 but also to other types of computers.
