本文以企业电子商务的管理和应用为研究对象,简要地阐述了传统电子商务模式已经在慢慢的发生改变,企业电子商务渐渐被大众所接受,现如今企业电子商务早已形成了一定的规模,大多数企业都在逐渐开始发展自己的电子商务企业。详细地分析了通过网络来进行物质的配备、商业交换及人员协调等活动,深入地探讨了由于我国企业电子商务起步较晚,相对在管理和应用方面出现了很多问题,如:普及率不高以及商务化、信息化偏低等。通过提出相应解决对策,以期为企业电子商务的管理及应用提供参考和帮助。
