前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)是危害中老年男性健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一。欧美及非洲国家的PCa发病率较高[1],中国的PCa发病呈上升趋势。PCa的发病与遗传、激素、环境等因素密切相关[2]。维生素D可以抑制前列腺细胞的生长和分化,干扰前列腺肿瘤的生长和转移[3]。维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)蛋白在前列腺组织细胞中广泛表达,VDR基因的多态性是PCa发病的潜在危险
