前言 膨胀补偿器种类繁多,最近特别引人注目,使用较广泛的是球形补偿器。 由于球形补偿器安装方便,占据空间小,能提供大补偿量,固定点推力小,此外它所需要的防止管道挠曲的导向支架数量也少,因此使得管路施工安装比较容易。球形补偿器从经济性,安全性,耐久性上逐渐引起人们的注意。 本文主要叙述球形补偿器的使用及计算方法。
Foreword There are many types of expansion compensators, and they have recently attracted special attention. The most widely used is a spherical compensator. Because the spherical compensator is easy to install and occupies a small space, it can provide a large amount of compensation, and has a small thrust at a fixed point. In addition, it needs a small number of guide brackets to prevent the deflection of the pipeline, thus making it easier to install the pipeline. Spherical compensators attract people’s attention gradually from economy, safety and durability. This article mainly describes the use of spherical compensators and calculation methods.
