自力霉素(丝裂霉素C)分子结构具有苯醌、乌拉坦及乙烯亚胺基三种有效基因,维生素C为一强还原剂,易受热、光、氧化剂等的破坏。文献[Fickweiler E etal:Die pharmazie(pharmproxis)1976 31(10):239〕报道:含醌式结构的药物与维生素C混合,易发生氧化还原反应,而导致两药效果降低。若将自力霉素注射液与维生素C同时加入生理盐水内,即可发生氧化还原反应,维生素C被氧化成去氢抗坏血酸,自力霉素被还原成相应的酚类化合物。另外,自力霉素分子中的醌式结构系一种色原体,遇酚羟基、氨基等基团(助色团)可使颜色加深。维生素C化学结构可烯醇互变,具有酚羟基性质,两者相遇可使自力霉素颜色
