通过HVDS-П高真空甩带机熔炼制备一种能快速水解制氢的Al-Ni合金,考察了合金成分以及碱溶液浓度对铝水解制氢性能的影响。由水解曲线和XRD结果表明,添加一定量的Ni能有效的提高合金的活性,常温下该系列合金与水反应迅速。在20%浓度的KOH溶液中,反应速率由纯Al的1.53mL/(min·cm~2)增加到Al-3%Ni合金的2.31mL/(min·cm~2),同时显著地减少了制氢反应时间,Al-4%Ni合金能在60min内反应完全,而纯Al需要140min,反应时间是Al-4%Ni合金的2倍。由不同的碱溶液浓度得到的实验结果显示,碱浓度提高能直接加快反应速率。Al-4%Ni合金由1.99 mL/(min·cm~2)(15%KOH)增大到3.0 mL/(min·cm~2)(25%KOH)。
A HVDS-П high vacuum vacuum melting machine was used to prepare a kind of Al-Ni alloy which can rapidly hydrolyze hydrogen. The effects of alloy composition and concentration of alkali solution on the hydrogen production of aluminum were investigated. The hydrolysis curves and XRD results show that adding a certain amount of Ni can effectively improve the activity of the alloy, and the series of alloys react rapidly with water at room temperature. In 20% KOH solution, the reaction rate increased from 1.53mL / (min · cm ~ 2) of pure Al to 2.31mL / (min · cm ~ 2) of Al-3% Ni alloy with a significant reduction Hydrogen reaction time, Al-4% Ni alloy can be completely reacted within 60min, while the pure Al needs 140min, the reaction time is 2 times Al-4% Ni alloy. The experimental results obtained from different concentrations of alkali solution show that the increase of alkali concentration can directly accelerate the reaction rate. Al-4% Ni alloy increased from 1.99 mL / (min · cm -2) (15% KOH) to 3.0 mL / (min · cm -2) (25% KOH).
