本文介绍采用主副喷油泵及双通道喷嘴分段调节实现预喷油的研究。调节副喷油与主喷油间隔角为8℃A~10℃A时,实现了初始喷油率低,后期喷油率高的双峰喷油规律。由1E150C型柴油机性能试验表明,采用分段调节式喷油,油耗率降低4g/(kW·h),NOX排放下降了44%。
