采用XRD、OM、SEM研究了Ti_(49)Ni_(51)形状记忆合金在450℃退火40、60和80 min时的组织,并研究了不同状态下其显微硬度和压缩力学性能。结果表明:Ti_(49)Ni_(51)合金450℃退火后晶粒均为细长纤维状;当退火60 min时,合金表现出高的抗压强度和大的弹性应变,表现出较好的超弹性特性和良好的形状记忆效应。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti_ (49) Ni_ (51) shape memory alloy annealed at 450 ℃ for 40, 60 and 80 min were investigated by XRD, OM and SEM. The results show that the grains of the Ti_ (49) Ni_ (51) alloy annealed at 450 ℃ are slender fibers. When annealed for 60 min, the alloy exhibits high compressive strength and large elastic strain, showing good Superelastic properties and good shape memory effect.
