对比研究了人血白蛋白对两种分子量的尿激酶保护作用及其作用机理,同时研究了溶液的pH和盐浓度对这种保护作用及其对热变性产物构象的影响。
The protective effect of human serum albumin on urokinase with two molecular weights and its mechanism of action were studied. The effects of solution pH and salt concentration on the protection and the conformation of heat-denatured products were studied.
