外贸企业必须要与产业相结合,走规模化、集团化发展的道路,这在理论界已成共识。至于外贸企业要以怎样的方式实现与产业结合,则有多种不同的说法。有人认为,外贸企业要自办实业,形成自己的实业基础;有人则提出外贸企业应与生产企业内部联合,实现外贸经营主体向生产企业的转移。笔者从我国外贸企业的实际出发,结合国内外各类企业国际化发展 Foreign trade companies must integrate with the industry and take the path of scale and group development. This has become a consensus in the theoretical community. As for the ways in which foreign trade companies must achieve industrial integration, there are many different arguments. Some people think that foreign trade companies must run their own businesses and form their own industrial bases; others have proposed that foreign trade companies should cooperate with production companies to achieve the transfer of foreign trade business entities to production companies. The author starts from the actual situation of China’s foreign trade enterprises and combines the international development of various domestic and foreign enterprises.
