人事局作为政府综合管理人事工作的职能部门,其工作特点是政策性强、牵动面大、热点多、难点多、任务重、要求高,历来为社会各界和广大人民群众所关注。因此,工作质量的好坏和工作效率的高低,对党和政府的形象有重要影响。有鉴于此,鞍山市人事局从实际需要出发,走出自我封闭的小圈子,融入社会大循环,对社和群众关切度高和若干热点工作,不仅做到项项公开,而且做到每个环节公开。中纪委有关领导,辽宁省委、省纪委主要领导,以及省人事厅领导和市委、市政府领导对他们的工作给予了充分肯定和高度评价。
As a functional department in charge of the government’s comprehensive management of personnel affairs, the personnel department is characterized by its policy-oriented nature, its wide range of activities, its hot spots, its many difficulties, its heavy tasks, and its high demands. It has always been of concern to all sectors of society and the general public. Therefore, the quality of work and the level of work efficiency have a significant impact on the image of the party and the government. In view of this, Anshan City Personnel Bureau, starting from the actual needs, out of a small circle of self-enclosed, into the social cycle, the community and the people with high concerns and a number of hot work, not only to make the item open, but also to every link public. The relevant leaders of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the leaders of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, the leaders of the provincial personnel department and the leaders of the municipal party committee and municipal government fully affirmed and spoke highly of their work.
