同课异构这一校本教研形式的出现是课程改革发展到一定程度的必然结果,在对相同的教学内容和教材的不同处理中,教师不断仔细观察、深入分析,从不同程度和不同层面上去激发教师的创新意识,改善教学行为,同时加深了对新课程理念的理解,提高自己的教学领悟能力,从而形成自己的教学风格和教学特色。体育学科由于其学科特点,开展同课异构教研活动有着有别于其他学科的独特优势。本文论述了在体育学科中开展“同课异构”这一校本教研活动的可行性、基本流程、实施策略及作用与成效。

This article discusses the feasibility, basic process, implementation strategy, function and effect of carrying out the school-based teaching and research activity of “same-class athelets” in the sports discipline.
