目的了解自贡市城区蝇类种群构成、季节消长规律及生态环境分布,为蝇类防制提供科学依据。方法 2011年3~11月采用诱蝇笼法在自贡市5个点对蝇密度进行监测和种群调查。结果共捕获蝇类950只,蝇密度平均7.04只/笼,优势种群为丝光绿蝇,6月蝇密度最高,居民区、绿化带优势种群为大头金蝇,餐饮外环境、农贸市场优势种群为丝光绿蝇。结论自贡市蝇类密度变化受季节、孳生环境影响显著,开展蝇类防制工作应以整治环境为主,并结合蝇种群特点和密度消长规律进行科学防制。
Objective To understand the composition, seasonal variation and distribution of flies in the urban area of Zigong City and provide a scientific basis for the control of flies. Methods From March to November of 2011, the fly trap method was used to monitor the density of flies in five points in Zigong City and the population survey. Results A total of 950 flies were collected. The average density of flies was 7.04 / cage. The dominant population was Lucilia sericata and the density of flies was the highest in June. The dominant population of residential area and green belt was Drosophila melanogaster. Lime green flies. Conclusion The density of flies in Zigong City is significantly affected by the seasons and the breeding environment. It is important to carry out the control of flies by remediation environment, and carry out scientific control according to the characteristics of population and density growth and decline of flies.
