针对克劳斯液硫槽尾气中含硫量过高的问题,利用电催化配合吸收过程,进行了尾气净化技术的研究。通过筛选Fe-EDTA-NTA配合吸收剂(FEN-CA),系统考察了溶液pH、液气比、硫化氢浓度以及尾气进气温度对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明:FEN-CA的最优摩尔比为[Fe]∶[EDTA]∶[NTA]=3∶1∶4,当吸收液pH为8~9、进气温度为40~50℃、进气浓度为370~1 000 mg·m~(-3),液气体积比为30~35 L·m-3,克劳斯尾气中硫化氢去除率高达99%以上,尾气排放浓度达到工业企业卫生标准(GB Z1-2010)和恶臭污染排放标准(GB 14554-1993)。
Aiming at the problem of excessive sulfur content in the tail gas of Claus liquid sulfur tank, the exhaust gas purification technology was studied by electrocatalytic absorption process. The removal rate of hydrogen sulfide in Claus gas is as high as 99%, and the concentration of tail gas emission reaches the level of industrial enterprise hygiene Standard (GB Z1-2010) and odor emission standards (GB 14554-1993).
