First, the foreword The normal human physiological activity and due to pathological changes often cause some body tissue deformation. Ingesting these trace changes in the clinical diagnosis of the right to determine the correct human body is extremely important. Due to such extremely small deformation, the sensor that requires the ingestion of micro-change information must be very sensitive. In addition, it is also required that the sensor be safe and reliable from the point of view of clinical use, and no damage to the human body. At present, most of the medical sensors used in China are not perfect in the above aspects, and have various disadvantages. In recent years, photometric technology has developed rapidly in clinical applications, mainly due to light energy to avoid strong electromagnetic interference, has a high electrical insulation, and can non-invasively detect various symptoms of the patient information, so in particular striking.
