在合作数字参考咨询环境中,咨询团队需要不间断地将咨询馆员个体层面的新知识转移进入团队层面中来实现对原有知识的增值、补充和替代。以此,结合合作数字参考咨询中咨询团队知识转移基本概念,着重探讨合作数字参考咨询中咨询团队知识转移机理,指出从理顺知识转移诸要素的关系、重视信任问题、强化沟通能力、建立适宜的知识转移情境四方面进行合作数字参考咨询中咨询团队知识转移的管理,最终使产生于咨询馆员个体的新知识转移进入到团队系统知识集合中来完成合作数字参考咨询知识更新。
In a collaborative digital reference environment, the consulting team needs to continually move new knowledge at the consulting librarian level into the team level to add, complement, and replace existing knowledge. In this way, combined with the basic concept of knowledge transfer of consulting team in cooperative digital reference consulting, this paper focuses on the knowledge transfer mechanism of consulting team in cooperative digital reference consulting, points out that from the point of straightening out the relationship of knowledge transfer, attaching importance to trust, strengthening communication ability, Knowledge transfer context cooperation in the four aspects of digital reference consulting knowledge transfer management team, and ultimately the new knowledge generated by the librarian individuals into the team system knowledge set to complete the collaborative digital reference consulting knowledge update.
