战略人力资源管理对推动组织绩效具有重要意义。这一领域的研究成果虽然丰富但比较凌乱,还不能为实践活动提供系统和具体的建议。文章在理论回顾的基础上结合知识经济时代的组织特点,提出了“战略人力资源管理与组织绩效关系的新框架”。该框架认为组织的核心知识能力是实现组织绩效的重要战略资源,而战略人力资源管理则是创造核心知识能力的坚实基础。
Strategic human resources management is of great significance to promoting organizational performance. Although the research results in this area are rich but relatively messy, they cannot provide systematic and concrete suggestions for practical activities. Based on the theoretical review, the article combines the organizational characteristics of the era of knowledge economy and proposes a “new framework for the relationship between strategic human resources management and organizational performance.” The framework believes that the organization’s core knowledge capabilities are an important strategic resource for achieving organizational performance, while strategic human resource management is a solid foundation for creating core knowledge capabilities.
