高应力软岩赋存的巷道支护难度大,需对支护参数进行优化确保巷道的稳定。建立了圆形巷道内、外承载结构相互作用的分析模型,提出内外承载结构联合支护研究思路。采用YTJ20型岩层探测记录仪和PHD-2型多功能超声波检测仪,确定顶板和两帮的松动圈深度分别为3 m和2.8 m。采用钢带、金属网配合锚杆支护提高内承载结构的稳定性,采用加长锚杆支护密度提高外承载结构的支护强度,进而使得内外承载结构具有更强的支护能力。巷道变形监测表明:支护参数优化后巷道围岩支护效果良好,可满足回采工作的需要。
It is difficult to support the roadway with high-stress soft rock. It is necessary to optimize the support parameters to ensure the stability of the roadway. The analytical model of the interaction between the inner and outer load-bearing structures in a round roadway is established, and the research thought of combined support of the inner and outer load-bearing structures is put forward. Using YTJ20 rock formation detection recorder and PHD-2 multi-function ultrasonic detector, it is determined that the depth of the loose ring of the roof and the two gangs is respectively 3 m and 2.8 m. Adopting steel belt and metal net cooperate with bolt support to improve the stability of the inner bearing structure. The supporting strength of the outer bearing structure is increased by lengthening the bolt supporting density so that the inner and outer bearing structures have stronger supporting ability. Tunnel deformation monitoring shows that the effect of surrounding rock support is good after the support parameters are optimized, which can meet the needs of mining work.
