目的研究癸酸钠(Sodium caprate,SC)对盐酸小檗碱(Berberine,Ber)在大鼠肠道吸收的促进作用及有效作用部位。方法采用外翻肠囊法,分肠段观察了SC对小肠吸收的促进效果,并根据计算的表观渗透系数(apparent permeability coefficients,Papp)和增渗比(Enhancement Ratio,ER),比较癸酸钠对不同肠段Ber吸收的促进作用。结果 Ber在小肠各段均有不同程度的吸收;SC在十二指肠、空肠、回肠段均可促进Ber的吸收(P<0.05或P<0.01),回肠黏膜对吸收促进剂SC有较高的敏感度,促渗强弱顺序为:回肠>十二指肠>空肠;SC组各肠段Papp均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),增渗比ER分别为2.08、1.49、3.49。结论 SC在十二指肠、空肠、回肠段均可显著促进Ber的吸收,其在小肠的促吸收最佳部位是回肠。
Objective To study the effects of sodium caprate (SC) on the intestinal absorption of berberine (Ber) in rats and its effective site. Methods The eversion of intestine was used to observe the promoting effect of SC on intestine absorption in intestinal segments. According to the calculated apparent permeability coefficients (Papp) and enhancement ratio (ER) The promotion of sodium on Ber absorption in different bowel segments. Results Ber had different degrees of absorption in all stages of the small intestine. SC could promote the absorption of Ber in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum (P <0.05 or P <0.01), while the ileal mucosa had a higher absorption of SC (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the ER of hyperthyroidism was 2.08 , 1.49,3.49. Conclusion SC in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum can significantly promote the absorption of Ber in the small intestine to promote absorption of the best site is the ileum.
