通过实验对火花源直读光谱仪法测定不锈钢中铬、镍、锰、硅、碳、磷、硫含量不确定度的来源进行分析,并对不锈钢中各元素的含量测定结果的不确定度进行评定,确定和计算测定过程各不确定度分量。结果表明,使用火花直读光谱仪测量不锈钢成份的不确定度主要来源于标准物质定值不确定度以及标准物质校准仪器试验的不确定度,这两个因素来源于分析所用的标准物质以及仪器的稳定性。
