用RG2000型微机控制电子万能试验机对镀镍钢带进行冲压试验,研究了镀镍钢带在不同压边力下的成型性能。并用有限元软件ABAQUS中FLSD判据对此过程进行模拟验证。结果表明:该镀镍钢带较合理的压边力范围是1 200 N~1 300 N,当压边力为1 100 N时,容易产生起皱的缺陷,相反,当压边力达到1 400N时,镀镍钢带板很容易产生开裂的失效。
The RG2000 microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine was used to carry out the stamping test on the nickel-plated steel strip. The forming performance of the nickel-plated steel strip under different blank holder forces was studied. The finite element software ABAQUS FLSD criterion is used to simulate this process. The results show that the reasonable blank holder force range is 1 200 N ~ 1 300 N, and when the blank holder force is 1 100 N, wrinkle defects are easily produced. On the contrary, when the blank holder force reaches 1 400 N When nickel-plated steel strip is prone to cracking failure.
