信息化是社会发展的必然趋势,建设工程项目管理信息化势在必行。作为新的管理模式,项目信息化管理正在被越来越多的人所使用,也正越来越深地融入企业的发展脉络中,信息化管理也会更快地融入到企业活动中,发挥更为巨大的作用。因此,四川路桥集团为了增强项目管理能力和技术手段,提升其市场竞争力,实现跨越式发展,早在2008年便已着手信息化管理系统的开发,2010年开始实施,2013年正式推广。本人作为信息化的实践者与推动者,就工程项目管理信息化推动过程中存在的困难进行了浅析,并在此基础上,对工程项目管理信息化建设的意义、现状、影响因素以及对策进行了探讨。
