Hemangiomas are the most common symptoms of all congenital anomalies and are benign and usually involve the skin and subcutaneous tissue as well as skeletal muscle, heart, liver, bone and central nervous system. Three-quarters of hemangiomas are revealed at birth, with about 60% occurring in the head and neck. Although most of these lesions are not clinically relevant and some may naturally dissipate in infancy, large hemangiomas are often associated with several life-threatening complications, including high-output heart failure, severe diffuse intravascular coagulation and severe Hypotension leads to brain death. Here we introduce an ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of a fetal knee hemangioma.
