本实验是研究在不同硫化体系下,不同种类、不同份量补强剂在品牌洗衣机油封胶料中的应用性能。通过对产品各项指标性能及物理机械性能对比分析发现,在有效硫化体系及混合硫化体系下,配方填料以N990为主的胶料,门尼粘度较小;配方填料以喷雾炭黑为主的胶料,门尼粘度较大。两种硫化体系硫化曲线数据对比发现,混合硫化体系较适合实际生产工艺。胶料物性数据分析发现,配方3#、4#、7#、8#符合相应企业技术指标要求。结合胶料压缩永久变形性及耐磨性实验发现,配方7#、8#技术参数较佳,其中配方8#综合性能最好,较适宜应用于生产洗
