采用电子转移再生催化剂原子转移自由基聚合 (ARGET-ATRP) 法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸N, N-二甲胺基乙酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯嵌段共聚物 (PDMAEMA-b-PDFHMA), 并将该含氟嵌段共聚物应用于疏水涂层的制备.结果表明:采用ARGET-ATRP法成功制备了结构明确、分子量分布较窄的PDMAEMA-b-PDFHMA.将SiO2颗粒与含氟嵌段共聚物复合后可制备得到疏水SiO2颗粒, 用市售的聚丙烯酸酯树脂与疏水SiO2颗粒混合后, 可制得疏水涂层.当丙烯酸树脂与疏水SiO2的质量比为5.5∶4.5时, 疏水性和漆膜性能较佳, 涂层静态水接触角在测量水滴体积为12μL时可达120°, 并且漆膜附着力可达1级, 铅笔硬度2H, 冲击强度70cm.“,”Poly[2- (dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate]-b-Poly[1 H, 1 H, 7 H-dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate] (PDMAEMA-b-PDFHMA) block copolymers were synthesized via activators regenerated by electron transfer atom transfer radical polymerization (ARGET ATRP), and the fluoro block copolymers were applied to the preparation of hydrophobic coatings.Results showed that the PDMAEMA-b-PDFHMA block copolymers with controlled structure were successfully synthesized via ARGET ATRP.Hydrophobic SiO2 particles were formed by mixing the block copolymers with the SiO2.Hydrophobic coatings were prepared by blending the hydrophobic SiO2 particles with acrylic resin.When the weight ratio of acrylic resin to hydrophobic SiO2 was 5.5∶4.5, the coating had water contact angle of120° (12μL of the droplets), adhesion level of 1 grade, pencil hardness of 2 Hand impact strength of 70 cm.
