本文对弹簧失效分析的全过程进行了较为系统的阐述。通过对失效弹簧的硬度、金相组织、脱碳层检查结果和设计强度计算数据的分析,得出了弹簧失效是由于它在工作过程中承受的切应力过大和自身的安全系数偏低的结论。适当地提高弹簧的硬度和强度,从而提高其安全系数,可以减少弹簧自由长度的永久变形量和缩短率。使其射击后达到了技术要求。不仅解决了存在的技术质量问题,而且可为今后弹簧设计和制造提供借鉴。
In this paper, the whole process of spring failure analysis is systematically elaborated. Based on the analysis of hardness, microstructure, decarburized inspection results and design strength calculation data of the failure spring, it is concluded that the failure of the spring is due to its excessive shear stress and its low safety factor during the working process .
