使用专门开发的实验设备研究了一解剖高炉中烧结矿在熔化后还原过程中的起泡行为,并探讨了影响起泡行为的各种因素。烧结矿的起泡能力随高炉中已达到的还原度的增加而降低。熔渣碱度在0.7~1.0时起泡最为激烈。按碱度不同,泡沫渣的体积在一定的脉石含量及温度范围内出现一个最大值。加入1.0%~3.5%K_2O可明显强化酸性和自熔性渣的起泡行为。
Using specially developed experimental equipment, the bubbling behavior of sinter in an anatomical blast furnace after reduction was investigated. Various factors affecting the foaming behavior were also discussed. The foaming power of sinter decreases with the reduction of the degree achieved in the blast furnace. Slag alkalinity at 0.7 ~ 1.0, the most intense foaming. According to different basicity, the volume of foam slag appears a maximum value within certain gangue content and temperature range. Addition of 1.0% ~ 3.5% K_2O can obviously enhance the foaming behavior of acid and self-fluxing slag.
