In June 18th to 27th, 1974, the Building Standards Design Cooperation Group of East China held an experience exchange meeting for industrial wastewater treatment in Huangshan, Anhui Province. The meeting exchanged experiences in the scientific research results, design and calculation methods, and production and utilization of wastewater comprehensive utilization and treatment. The meeting held that in order to do a good job in the comprehensive utilization and treatment of wastewater, we must conscientiously implement the principle that all enterprises established, expanded and reconstructed, and pollution prevention and control projects must be designed, constructed, and put into production at the same time as the main project.
