东忠集团本部设在东京,是一家以杭州为主要开发基地,以对日软件外包开发为主业的跨国集团型企业。东忠集团在发展过程中,和其他IT企业一样也面临着适职人才结构性短缺的局面。究其原因有两个方面,一是我国现存的学历教育体制,缺乏实用型教育内容,导致绝大部分大学毕业生很难适应企业的需求;二是对日软件外包的行业特殊性,从某种程度上成为大学毕业生走进企业的障碍。
