针对安钢原燃料条件,研究了不同MgO对烧结矿转鼓强度和熔滴性能的影响,并在此基础上,稳步降低烧结矿MgO,进而降低3号高炉炉渣镁铝比。烧结矿MgO/Al_2_O_3从1.05降低到0.75,烧结矿品位从56.04%升高到56.36%,烧结矿转鼓强度由81.26%提高至82.67%,高炉入炉品位从57.54%提高到57.81%,炉渣镁铝比从0.48下降到0.39,高炉顺行良好,铁水温度稳定在1510±10℃,渣比降低9kg/t,生铁成本降低7元/t。
