本章主要介绍风险型决策技术。 §6.1 风险型决策的基本概念 决策是行动的选择,正确的决策才能产生正确的行动。随着改革开放的深化,企业经营的方针、策略、目标等均由企业自己作出决策。显然,决策正确与否将成为企业成败的关键。因此,管理决策已在全国各企业中愈来愈受到重视。本章拟结合设备管理实例,介绍当前企业管理中遇到得较多的风险型决策问题。 例6.1 设备维修决策 某过滤设备由上、中、下三层组成,每层都有一过滤筛。这些过滤筛是该设备的核心,也是最易损坏的部位,且损坏后目前尚无仪器能测出究竟损坏在哪一层;即使把某层过滤筛换上新的以后,也只有经过过滤试验后才能鉴定是否确是这层过滤筛坏了。拆装这三层
This chapter mainly introduces risk-based decision-making techniques. § 6.1 Fundamental concepts of risk-based decision-making Decisions are the choice of action. Correct decision-making can produce correct actions. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the company’s policies, strategies, goals, etc., are determined by the company itself. Obviously, whether the decision is correct or not will become the key to the success of the company. As a result, management decisions have become more and more important in companies across the country. This chapter intends to introduce equipment management examples to introduce more risk-based decision-making problems in current enterprise management. Example 6.1 Equipment Maintenance Decision A filter device consists of three layers: upper, middle, and lower layers. Each layer has a filter screen. These filter screens are the core of the equipment and are the most vulnerable parts. After the damage, no instrument can measure which layer is damaged; even after replacing a certain filter screen with a new one, only the filtration test is conducted.
