测定两种可见光固化复合树脂不同深度处的双键转化度和显微硬度。结果表明,随着深度的增加,复合树脂的转化度和硬度逐渐降低。最大转化度和硬度不在树脂表面,而是在表层下0.5~1.0mm范围内。当深度增加至一定水平后,转化度的下降比硬度的下降更为迅速而明显。采用红外光谱法测得的转化度结果与显微硬度测量结果之间具有良好的相关性。与硬度法和红外光谱法相比,通常所用的“刮除法”大大高估了固化深度。
The degree of double bond conversion and microhardness at different depths of the two visible light curable composite resins were determined. The results show that with the increase of the depth, the degree of conversion and the hardness of the composite resin decrease gradually. The maximum degree of conversion and hardness is not in the resin surface, but in the range of 0.5 ~ 1.0mm under the surface. When the depth increases to a certain level, the degree of conversion decreases more rapidly than the decrease of hardness. There is a good correlation between the degree of conversion measured by infrared spectroscopy and the measurement of microhardness. Compared with the hardness method and infrared spectroscopy, commonly used “scraping method” greatly overestimated the curing depth.
