本文报导磨菇料制备的一种新的方法——塑料薄膜封闭和管道通气堆料发酵法(简称 P·C·L 堆料发酵法)其主要工艺是:在距地面15公分搭起一个格台,然后在其上面堆料,在料堆中间搁置4支口径10公分,打有四行孔(孔的距离15公分)的管子(塑料管或毛竹等)。堆料完毕后用塑料薄膜封闭料堆;每隔24小时掀开薄膜透气2小时。同常规一次裸露堆料法比较本法缩短堆料期六天左右,干物质消耗少1/5左右,较有效地消减病虫害源,单产提高约20%。本法不花能源,设备和材料简易,成本低,具有一定的应用价值。
