本文导出了共振模光学传感器灵敏度的统一公式,研究表明:统一的解析公式物理意义非常清晰,公式表明提高该类传感器灵敏度的两项主要措施分别为增大样品区域的光功率以及采用超高阶导模为探针。通过数值模拟比较了表面等离子共振、长程表面等离子共振和液芯金属包覆波导传感器的灵敏度,计算表明液芯金属包覆波导的灵敏度至少高出长程等离子共振波导1个量级以上。实验上对大肠杆菌低浓度的探测极限可以达到100 cfum L-1,理论与实验吻合的较好。
In this paper, a unified formula for the sensitivity of resonant-mode optical sensors is derived. The results show that the unified analytical formula has a very clear physical meaning. The formulas show that the two main measures to increase the sensitivity of the sensor are increasing the optical power of the sample region, The guided mode is a probe. The sensitivities of surface plasmon resonance, long-range surface plasmon resonance and metal-clad waveguide sensors were compared by numerical simulation. The results show that the sensitivity of liquid-metal cladding waveguide is at least 1 order of magnitude higher than that of long-range plasmon resonance waveguide. Experimentally, the detection limit of low concentration of E. coli can reach 100 cfum L-1, the theory is in good agreement with the experiment.
