借助模拟软件MeltFlow,模拟了电渣重熔过程中各物理场的分布情况,分析了电流变化对凝固过程中各种物理场的影响。结果表明,各物理场随电流的增大呈规律性变化,且在不同的电流大小下分布规律相似;计算模拟结果与硫印实验结果吻合良好,能够预测不同工艺条件下缺陷的产生及程度,能够设计和优化现有的工艺并改进钢锭质量。
The simulation software MeltFlow was used to simulate the distribution of each physical field during the ESR process and analyze the influence of the current variation on various physical fields in the solidification process. The results show that each physical field changes regularly with the increase of current, and the distribution is similar under different current. The calculated simulation results are in good agreement with the results of sulfur-printing experiments, which can predict the occurrence and degree of defects under different process conditions, Ability to design and optimize existing processes and improve ingot quality.
