云南某高硫铅锌选矿厂自投料试车以来,生产指标稳步提升,但原矿品位的增加、矿石性质改变,给生产操作和管理带来了诸多问题,导致生产指标异常波动。在原有的工艺流程下,通过优化配矿技术措施、改善磨矿分级产品质量、优化药剂制度、流程局部优化等,逐步扭转了选矿指标的异常波动,铅选矿回收率提高0.65%、锌回收率提高0.43%,为企业创造出良好的经济效益。
