★案情简介今年1月,职工谭某从一家化工企业跳槽到某私营企业。在劳动力招聘现场,该私营企业人力资源部负责人承诺,谭某进公司后马上与他签订劳动合同。上班后,谭某提出签订劳动合同,公司却称,待三个月试用期满后再签订劳动合同。谭某对此做法感到迷惑,为此专程到市总工会,咨询公司以试用期为由不签劳动合同的做法是否合法。
