目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)癌组织中HIF-1α及MMP表达情况。方法选取2010年11月-2012年6月的53例非小细胞肺癌患者为观察组,同期的53例肺部良性病变患者为对照组,将观察组肺癌组织、癌旁组织及对照组良性病灶组织的MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9及HIF-1α以免疫组化技术进行检测。结果观察组MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9及HIF-1α阳性率高于对照组,且肺癌组织阳性率高于癌旁组织,分期较高者高于分期低者,存在转移者高于无转移者,P均<0.05。结论 NSCLC癌组织中HIF-1α及MMP呈现较高的阳性表达率,其对于了解疾病分期及有无转移具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α and MMP in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Fifty-three patients with non-small cell lung cancer from November 2010 to June 2012 were selected as the observation group. 53 patients with benign lung disease in the same period were selected as the control group. The benign lesions in the lung cancer tissues, adjacent non-cancerous tissues and the control group were observed. Tissues MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-9 and HIF-1α were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-9 and HIF-1α in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the positive rate in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues, In those without metastasis, P <0.05. Conclusion The positive expression rate of HIF-1α and MMP-9 in NSCLC tissues has a high positive rate, which is of clinical significance for understanding the stage and metastasis of NSCLC.
