近日,笔者受理了一起房屋买卖合同公证。出卖方和买受方均为公司,相互之间有长期业务合作,但因为标的额巨大(6000余万元),在签订合同前,出卖方多次电话咨询赋予买卖合同强制执行效力的可行性,意愿十分迫切。经确认,买受方对赋予强制执行效力也无异议。买卖合同是典型的双务合同,履约过程中合同双方任何一方都可向对方提出抗辩权,根据《最人民法院、司法部关于公证机关赋予强制执行效力的债权文书执行有关问题的联合通知》
