在河北省承德市鱼儿山牧场中国农业大学科技攻关实验站 ,以生长 2年和 3年的老芒麦为材料 ,研究不同收获时间对老芒麦种子质量的影响。试验结果表明 ,在盛花期后 12～ 15d收获的老芒麦种子发芽率已达到 90 % ,此后收获的种子发芽率差异不显著。但通过加速老化发芽率、电导率、浸种液含糖量、ATP含量、脱氢酶活性测定的种子活力水平随成熟度的增加而提高 ,在盛花期后 2 6～ 2 7d及时收获的种子其活力水平达到最高。
The effects of different harvest time on the quality of Sagoed mongolica seed were studied in the Scientific Research Station of China Agricultural University in Yueshan Mountain Ranch, Chengde City, Hebei Province, China. The results showed that the germination rate of the seeds was about 90% after 12 ~ 15 days of full bloom, and the difference of the germination percentage of the harvested seeds was not significant. However, the seed vigor increased with the increase of maturity through accelerated germination rate, electrical conductivity, sugar content in soaking solution, ATP content and dehydrogenase activity. Seeds harvested in time from 26 to 27 days after full bloom The highest level of vitality.
