目的:分析MC4R基因多态性及饮食运动与儿童肥胖的关系。方法:调查本市区672名儿童的一般资料,检测MC4R基因多态性,对MC4R基因多态性及饮食运动与肥胖的相关性进行统计学分析。结果:对照组与肥胖组GA/AA突变基因型频率无统计学差异(P>0.05),MC4R基因GA/AA突变型及静态生活与儿童肥胖具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:MC4R基因多态性受儿童静态生活的影响,可促使肥胖风险不断增加。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between MC4R gene polymorphism and dietary exercise and childhood obesity. Methods: To investigate the prevalence of MC4R gene polymorphism in 672 children in our city, and to analyze the association between MC4R gene polymorphism and diet movement and obesity. Results: There was no significant difference in GA / AA genotype frequencies between control group and obesity group (P> 0.05). There was a correlation between MC4R GA / AA mutation and static state of life and childhood obesity (P <0.05). Conclusion: The polymorphism of MC4R gene is influenced by the static life of children, which may lead to the increasing risk of obesity.
