产业结构调整有赖于系统创新。系统创新与产业升级及其结构调整被视为是一个交互过程,也是一个创新密集区和非创新密集区之间的不对称过程。当创新形成密集区,并将企业、研发机构、中介机构和客户通过一个附加值生产链构成一个相互联系的产业群,促使市场需求、创新资源以及创新服务随着产业升级和结构变化进行调整。本文论述了产业结构调整中系统创新因素,探讨了系统创新与产业结构调整中政府、企业的作用。
Industrial restructuring depends on system innovation. System innovation and industrial upgrading and restructuring are seen as an interactive process and an asymmetric process between an innovation-intensive and a non-innovation-intensive area. When innovation forms a densely populated area and connects enterprises, R & D institutions, intermediaries and customers through an added value production chain to form an interconnected industrial cluster, market demand, innovative resources and innovative services are adjusted along with industrial upgrading and structural changes. This article discusses the factors of system innovation in the adjustment of industrial structure, and discusses the role of government and enterprises in system innovation and industrial structure adjustment.
