高含量铜的分析,多年来我们一直采用碘量法,现改为四乙撑五胺比色法。此方法简便、快,准确度尚满意。 在0.2N以下的酸度条件下,足量的四乙撑五胺与Cu~(2+)生成相当稳定的艳兰色络合物,其颜色深浅与铜的含量成正比,Cd,Hg、Zn、Pb、Co、Ni等干扰测定,故本方法不适宜于白铜和镍铜等合金的分析。
Analysis of high levels of copper, over the years we have been using iodometry, is now tetraethylenepentamine amine colorimetry. This method is simple, fast, accuracy is still satisfied. Under 0.2N acid conditions, a sufficient amount of tetraethylenepentamine and Cu ~ (2+) to generate relatively stable blue complexes, the color depth and the content of copper is proportional to the content of Cd, Hg, Zn , Pb, Co, Ni and other interference measurements, so this method is not suitable for the analysis of nickel-copper and other alloys.
