为研究汽车起重机转台抗摆动技术,以转台侧向刚度为研究对象,研究减少转台上铰点侧向变形的措施。采用Ansys Workbench软件分析转台上铰点高度和侧向惯性矩大小对上铰点侧向变形量的影响。研究结果表明:转台上铰点高度越低、侧向惯性矩越大,转台上铰点的侧向变形量就越小,钢丝绳侧向摆动量也越小。
In order to study the anti-swinging technology of the turntable of a truck crane, the lateral stiffness of the turret is taken as the research object to study the measures to reduce the lateral deformation of the hinge point of the turntable. Ansys Workbench software was used to analyze the influence of the hinge point height and lateral moment of inertia on the lateral deformation of the upper hinge. The results show that the lower the hinge point of the turntable, the greater the lateral moment of inertia, the smaller the lateral deformation of the hinge point on the turntable and the smaller the lateral swing of the wire rope.
