在分析了φМн75АС和φМн75牌号碳素锰铁的生产后表明,随着合金中含硅量的提高,其治炼过程的技术经济指标和质量显著地获得改善。第聂伯罗彼德罗夫斯克冶金研究院、尼科波尔铁合金厂和乌克兰特殊钢、合金、铁合金科学研究院研制了一种高硅新牌号碳素锰铁,并确定了它的部分技术条件(TY14—5—89—77。)这种高硅锰铁的特点是:比普通锰铁的熔点低50—80℃,同时其密度与钢液密度(6.8—7.0克/厘米~3)较接近。因此,高硅碳素锰铁在钢液中的熔化速度比标准锰铁φМн75К和φМн75快1.14—1.3倍,这样就可能在冶炼碳素镇静钢时往钢水包中将其直接加入。
After analyzing the production of carbon ferromanganese from φМн75АС and φМн75, it is found that the technical and economic indexes and quality of the refining process have been significantly improved with the increase of silicon content in the alloy.
