为实施对历史建筑的节能综合改造,通过对上海历史建筑能耗现状的调查,分析了历史建筑围护体系热工性能、户门和外窗气密性、可再生能源利用、资源回用、自然通风和天然采光等方面存在的问题,提出了节能综合改造的技术手段,并指出了当前我国历史建筑节能综合改造的瓶颈。
In order to carry out comprehensive energy-saving retrofit of historic buildings, through the investigation of the current energy consumption of historic buildings in Shanghai, the thermal performance of the historical building envelope system, the air-tightness of household doors and exterior windows, the utilization of renewable energies, the reuse of resources, Natural ventilation and natural lighting and other aspects of the problem, put forward a comprehensive energy-saving transformation of technical means, and pointed out that China’s historic building energy-saving comprehensive transformation of the bottleneck.
