已往的研究表明丹酚酸A有很强的抗氧化活性。本文研究了丹酚酸A对氧自由基引起的大鼠心脏和肝脏线粒体损伤的保护作用。结果表明,丹酚酸A可抑制铁一半胱氨酸引起的线粒体脂质过氧化和ATP酶活性的丧失。脂质过氧化引起的心脏和肝脏线粒体肿胀以及肝脏线粒体膜流动性下降均可被丹酚酸A抑制。同时丹酚酸A对超氧阴离子和羟自由基具有清除作用。进一步证明丹酚酸A具有抗氧化活性。
Previous studies have shown salvianolic acid A has a strong antioxidant activity. In this paper, the protective effect of salvianolic acid A against oxygen free radicals on rat heart and liver mitochondrial damage was studied. The results showed that salvianolic acid A could inhibit the iron-cysteine-induced mitochondrial lipid peroxidation and loss of ATPase activity. Lipid peroxidation caused mitochondrial swelling of the heart and liver and liver mitochondrial membrane fluidity decline can be salvianolic acid A inhibition. At the same time, salvianolic acid A has a scavenging effect on superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical. Further evidence salvianolic acid A has antioxidant activity.
