应用精神病的社区态度量表（ＣＡＭＩ）了解北京回龙观医院的医生、护士对精神病的态度。ＣＡＭＩ共有４０个问题，代表了官方看法（ａｕｔｈｏｒｉｔａｒｉａｎｉｓｍ）、慈善观念（ｂｅｎｅｖｅｌｅｎｃｅ）、社会约束性（ｓｏｃｉａｌｒｅｓｔｒｉｃｔｉｖｅｎｅｓｓ）及社区精神卫生观念（ｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｔｙｍｅｎｔａｌｈｅａｌｔｈｉｄｅｏｌｏｇｙ）４个维度。我们的资料表明，在这４０个问题中有１０个问题医生、护士的态度有区别；其中官方看法３项、社会约束性４项。社区精神卫生观念４项。而对慈善观念两组间无差别。医生较之护士对精神病的态度更开明和更积极，可能与医生与护士的职业特性有一定关系
Apply Psychiatric Community Attitudes Scale (CAMI) to understand the attitudes of psychiatrists to doctors and nurses at Huilongguan Hospital in Beijing. There are 40 questions in CAMI, representing the four dimensions of authoritarianism, benevelence, social-social-restraint, and communitymentalhealthideology. Our data shows that among the 40 questions, there are 10 questions doctors and nurses have different attitudes; among them, there are 3 official opinions and 4 socially binding ones. Community mental health concept 4. There is no difference between the two groups about philanthropic ideas. Doctors are more enlightened and more active than psychologists in nurses, and may be related to the occupational characteristics of doctors and nurses
